Data that keeps itself up to date

Manually re-entering prices, stock levels and orders costs time and causes errors. We connect your online store or application to suppliers and other systems so that data flows automatically.

We work with XML and CSV feeds, REST and SOAP APIs, FTP exports and other formats suppliers provide. We also handle several suppliers at once – unifying categories, recalculating prices according to your margins and keeping an eye on availability.

From our practice

Integrations that run every day

Three integrations from live operation.

Wholesalers

Two price lists, one catalogue

Price lists from two tyre suppliers arrive in different formats, encodings and currencies. Every 15 minutes our modules merge them into a catalogue of 47,000 products – prices and stock match the price lists exactly.

Pricing

Margins by category and manufacturer

A base supplier discount plus margin rules – the most specific rule wins. Changing a rule reprices immediately and clears the cache, so the site never shows old prices.

Shop ↔ shop

Mirroring the catalogue to a second shop

A second shop takes the whole catalogue from the first through a custom JSON API. Stock and prices are aligned every 30 minutes, a full synchronisation runs at night.

How an integration works

  • Analysis of the supplier's data format and quality
  • Mapping of categories, attributes and brands
  • Rules for prices, margins and rounding
  • Automatic runs at regular intervals
  • Error checking and outage alerts
  • Continuous monitoring of the synchronisation
