Our work

From our practice

Projects we look after every day

We do not name our clients – we say only as much about their systems as is necessary. Every figure on this page, however, comes from live operation.

Car parts for seven countries from one back office

A car parts retailer ran separate country shops on an old PrestaShop 1.6. We moved them to a single PrestaShop 8 installation on a dedicated server – each country has its own domain, language, currency, VAT and carriers, while stock and back office are shared.

  • 7 countries
  • 6 languages
  • 4 currencies
  • Migration of customers, orders and invoices country by country, including tens of thousands of historical orders
  • Customers log in with their original passwords after the move
  • A custom tool that kept products and stock in sync between the old and new systems during the transition
  • One unified checkout for all countries and local carriers
  • 371 old URLs redirected so the shops keep their search rankings
  • Mailboxes moved to the dedicated server
  • The home page loads 0.6 MB of images instead of the original 6.3 MB
Supplier integrations · modules

47,000 tyres from two wholesalers

The original connector had the column order hard-coded. When the supplier changed the price list header, the import silently stopped working. We replaced it with two modules inside PrestaShop that log every run.

  • 47,902 products
  • updated every 15 min
  • 2 shops from one catalogue
  • Import of price lists in different formats, encodings and currencies, including conversion from PLN
  • Prices and stock every 15 minutes, verified at zero deviations against the price list
  • Margins by category × manufacturer rules with instant repricing
  • A second shop mirrors the catalogue through a custom API every 30 minutes
  • Images assigned by tread pattern for 94.5% of the range
  • EU energy labels, manufacturer logos and links to the EPREL database
  • Feeds for Heureka and Allegro, invoices and payments with QR codes

Catalogue with a configurator and a company portal

For a supplier of industrial equipment we are building a public product catalogue and an internal portal that work as one system: the customer configures a product in the catalogue and sends an enquiry, and sales staff turn it into a quotation in the portal.

  • 7 languages
  • 3D model in the browser
  • AI connection
  • Catalogue in seven languages
  • Search by name, code and supplier part number, with suggestions and typo correction
  • Product configurator
  • Interactive 3D model of the device with a narrated tour
  • Portal: partners, devices, service reports, documents and a knowledge base
  • A connector through which an AI assistant queries portal data – read-only and within the user’s permissions
Websites

Websites for accommodation and services

We build smaller websites without an unnecessary content management system – fast, with a simple back office for exactly what the owner really changes.

  • no CMS
  • custom back office
  • 4 languages
  • Chalet website: a calendar with free dates and the seasonal price per night
  • Booking back office with an overview of paid and unpaid stays
  • Apartment website with an occupancy calendar and a booking form
  • Website for a trades company with nine services and downloadable documents
  • This website: four languages, our own captcha with no third parties, automatic sitemap
Our own product · in development

AI helper for the PrestaShop back office

We are developing a module that adds an assistant to the shop back office: it finds an order, adjusts prices, reads the error log. We designed it so that it can be trusted.

  • 12 tools
  • confirmation before every change
  • in development
  • Twelve tools – products, orders, customers, settings and diagnostics
  • No write without confirmation: the user first sees a “now → after” preview
  • Tools run directly in the customer’s shop, not on someone else’s server
  • Guardrails tested with abuse attempts – database passwords and licence settings are out of reach
  • A record of every tool run
Servers and support

Dedicated servers, migrations and security

We run online shops and websites on managed VPS servers. When shared hosting is no longer enough, we move the website, database, mail and scheduled jobs – and make it faster along the way.

  • 15 s → 1 s
  • IPv4 + IPv6 firewall
  • backup before every change
  • Two shops moved to a VPS: search from 15 s to 1 s, a new filter combination from tens of seconds to a few
  • Firewall for IPv4 and IPv6, automatic attack blocking and nightly antivirus scans
  • HSTS, Content Security Policy and blocking of bots other than search engines
  • Tuning PHP, OPcache and MariaDB by measurement, not guesswork
  • SPF, DKIM and reverse DNS for reliable e-mail delivery
  • Taking over a shop after a crash on third-party hosting – log diagnostics and restoring operation
