Who processes your data

What data we process
- Data from the contact form and email communication: name, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and the content of your message.
- Technical data when you visit the website: IP address, date and time of access, the page visited, browser and device type. This data is stored in the server access logs.
- Your choice in the cookie settings.
Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your enquiry and preparing a quote – steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Ensuring the operation and security of the website and protection against misuse – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax obligations, if you become our customer (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long we keep your data
- Enquiries and related communication are kept while they are being handled and for no longer than 2 years after the last communication, unless a contractual relationship is established.
- Server access logs are kept for approximately 5 weeks.
- Data required to comply with legal obligations is kept for the periods laid down by law.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or provide it to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be accessed by our server infrastructure provider, Contabo GmbH (Germany), which operates servers for us in a data centre in the European Union.
We do not transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

The website uses essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies from Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited); the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings. Details can be found in our Cookie Policy.
